Payment Policy

All prices shown on Souvenir World Group website are in Australian dollars, and GST are included. Souvenir World Group website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchase via the following methods:

• Secure Online Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners are accepted).
• Offline Credit Card - fax, post or call us with your credit card details.
• Direct Deposit - into our bank account in Australian Dollars. Quote your order number so we can match the payment up.
• All these methods are offered as options at the end of the checkout process and the order is submitted to Souvenir World immediately. A printable order form with the details of your order and the order number will be emailed to you for your records.

Secure Online Credit Card

Paying by credit card online in our secure environment is the most convenient option for you. The credit card details you provide us are encrypted and stored in our secure database until processed. This will be the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Souvenir World website.

How does it work?

• Your credit card will be charged when goods are ready to be dispatched, not at the time of ordering.
• If a card is declined then we will email you and inform you.
• If you do not respond within five working days we will retry the card.
• In the event of a second failure, the order will be cancelled.

Offline Credit Card

Direct Deposit

You can place money directly into Souvenir World Group bank account via direct deposit. Bank details will be emailed to you when you place your order. Please include your order number in the transfer as a reference. If you do not provide the order number to link your deposit to your order, the order may be delayed while we match the payment. Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be finalized or dispatched until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within three working days will be cancelled.
