If you received faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Souvenir World to request a replacement.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Souvenir World within 30 days of delivery for change of mind, with items of same or higher value. All the delivery and courier costs will not be covered by Souvenir World. Please contact Souvenir World before you make arrangements of returns.

Delivery Policy

Souvenir World will despatch your order within 7 working days of it being placed subject to credit card authorisation and stock availability. If there is going to be a delay for any reason our Customer Services team will contact you by telephone or email. If you have selected items with different availability, then we will hold your order and dispatch when everything is available.

Within Australia

All deliveries for orders within Australia will be sent out via Australia Post.

The estimated delivery time is provided below. Please note these timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience provided by Australia Post. Souvenir World cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Outside of Australia

Deliveries for orders outside Australia will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. The delivery time to over 200 countries is estimated to be 2 to 10 business days.

All courier charges are based on the delivery address. When placing your order, the postage fee will be added on top of the total value of your order as follows:

This charge is added to your order before you enter your payment details in the checkout area. We reserve the right to amend any quoted prices prior to your order being accepted by us. In such a situation you will be notified accordingly and entitled to withdraw your order.

The customer is liable for payment of any local country import duty and/or sales tax levied at the time of entry into the country of destination. We have no control of these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
 
The delivery service we use deliver during normal working hours. Please supply a work or alternative delivery address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for the parcel.
